Our merchandise is shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground within
THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of ORDER PLACEMENT.
RETURNED MERCHANDISE & WARRANTY COVERAGE
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE
QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
We must be in formed of all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products within 48 hours of package delivery.
Products are warranted by the manufacturer as indicated.
Please do NOT ship back unauthorized returns. Otherwise, the
return claim may be automatically rejected and customer will be responsible for
return shipping costs.
No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances
unless said merchandise is defective. Any unauthorized returns will not
necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds
occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.
CLAIMS FILED WITHIN 48 HOURS
As a reminder, we must be informed of all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped
products within 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return
claims may be delayed and/or rejected. All claims associated with damaged
package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup
arranged by us through our shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc).
Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours after order
delivery date; NO exceptions.
All return claims involving allegedly defective
(non-damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action:
We will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be
affixed by the customer for shipment back to our warehouse. Once received, the
merchandise will be inspected to determine whether the order was either mis-shipped
or the product was defective.Seller is responsible for return shipping cost if the
return claim qualifies for product replacement. However, if order was correctly
shipped and returned product is deemed non-defective, the customer is
responsible for original return shipping costs incurred by seller and any
additional shipping costs required to re-ship said merchandise to the customer.
Exclusions: All oversized/flat rate shipping merchandise
return shipping costs must be originally incurred by the the customer, with
financial reimbursement by seller if merchandise is found to be defective.
If non-defective merchandise received by us does not qualify
for replacement, the customer is fully responsible for all shipping transit
costs. Seller reserves the right to take ownership of said non-defective
merchandise if the customer does not reimburse return shipping costs and
outbound re-ship fees within 60 days. We will not offer financial reimbursement
for returned non-defective products.
CLAIMS FILED AFTER 48 HOURS
All return merchandise claims filed after 48 hours of
original delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty
issue.Our customers are fully
responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of whether merchandise is
found to be defective. Abusive wear and tear of products may not necessarily
qualify a returned product for warranty coverage. If merchandise is found to be
defective, seller will be responsible for replacement product shipping
costs. Certain merchandise may not qualify for return claim authorization after 30
days of delivery receipt.
WatercraftPros stands by the quality and craftmanship of all
available merchandise. We will work with our customers to the best of our
ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns. Please note
we may occasionally request digital photos of allegedly damaged or defective
product; we reserve the right to require this information only as needed.
